This one recently sold, I painted it during my 2016 MECA Artist Residency at the Stephen Pace House in Stonington, Maine. I'm so grateful to MECA for the opportunity to have spent two and a half weeks alone at the Pace House and to my new collector! It was a wonderful slow time to discover a new place and to paint what I saw. This is the view in the evening from the lawn of the house, the largest painting that I did during the residency.
