Had a wonderful opportunity to draw dancers from the Maine State Ballet at the Portland Museum of Art today in conjunction with the special show "
Edgar Degas: The Private Impressionist" February 23, 2012 - May 28, 2012. As it is school vacation week, there were dozens of students and many adults present to draw, photograph and experience the dancers in the gallery. I focused on the dancers in tutus who held lovely five minute poses for the artists. Thank you PMA and Maine State Ballet for a wonderful day.
