Pemaquid Painting Trip

Just back from the 7th Annual Pastel Painters of Maine Pemaquid Painting Retreat. We had five days of sun and beautiful weather! Demos and critiques by Lyn Asselta, PSA and IAPS Master Circle, Marsha Donahue of North Light Gallery and a critique by Barbara Farchione. I did a critique for the second session too. We had over 30 participants for the retreat. We stay at the Hotel Pemaquid and paint, paint, paint and eat, eat, eat. Blueberry pie, lobster, clams, scallops...at the Seagull and Shaw's Lobster in New Harbor. I m still working on two of the paintings, a sunset pastel and a 12 x 24 from Lighthouse Park.
