Katahdin Painting Trip and Katahdin Woods & Waters
Had a wonderful 6 day trip to Katahdin to paint and for the opening of "Artists Favorite Views" at North Light Gallery in Millinocket, Maine. Painted seven paintings and did some exploring. Many of the artists were at the Saturday gallery reception, it was great to visit with my fellow North Woods artists! Went out to paint with my artist friend Suzanne Savage Brewer in the new proposed National Park lands "Katahdin Woods and Waters." Thank you for the photo Susan Adams of KWW!
One day was pretty warm, so I painted with my feet cooling off in Togue Pond in Baxter State Park.
On the last morning painted with Marsha Donahue on the Golden Road, always a wonderful time.
