Pemaquid Weekend 1

Ok, so the Pastel Painters of Maine Pemaquid painting retreat is here again and it's raining and foggy, still beautiful, but not so good for painting out.  First day painted in the studio, more of that the second day and then did some watercolor postcards, the sun came out so I quickly went out and did a plein air painting.  Just made it back for Nita Casey's presentation and critique with the group of over twenty artists.  The Hotel Pemaquid is a wonderful place to stay at Pemaquid Point with a large studio for painting in bad weather and demos, etc...and of course dinner at Shaw's Lobster with some painting pals is always great!
